Once a valid code is entered a download will begin, you will need to open/run that download, and follow the instructions of our support representative.


If you are not currently someone we work with, or are a charity, or a previous acquaintance, then please contact us, and we will do our best to help you. Our first hour is always free for new introductions. We love speaking to new people and companies, and if we resolve the issue in one hour, that’s OK.

If you need our help, we’ll do our very best to help. If we cannot help, we will try to signpost you to an organisation or resource who can.
