Key Microsoft End of Support dates for 2022/2023

This is your periodic reminder that there are some key Microsoft products reaching End of Support in 2022/2023 that are still very commonly found in small and medium-sized businesses. This is not an exhaustive list.

Windows 10 is included for reference. Earlier product versions will have already reached the end of support.

The are many other Microsoft applications, frameworks and tools that tend to lurk on small business networks such as Visual Studio, Windows Defender, Microsoft .Net Framework, PowerShell and so on that need to be considered.

If you currently hold the Cyber Essentials certification you will be unable to re-certify with out-of-support software in your environment.
